Check Eligibility
Ensure your board is in brand new, unridden condition with all original tags and protective plastic wrap intact.
Request an Authorization
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your skateboard in its original shipping box, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
